How are you keeping office guests safe during the pandemic?
We’ve enhanced our daily cleaning protocols to ensure that every workspace is cleaned before the next guest. We’ve spaced every available cubicle 6ft apart from others. We’ve also placed sanitizing stations throughout the building.
Do I have to be a member to book a space?
No, we are open to the public. We do offer multiple memberships that provide wonderful benefits for all kinds of customers. Book A Workspace Today
How big are the private offices?
The private offices vary from 9′ x 11′ to 16′ x 11′.

What type of A/V equipment is available?
Standard conference rooms feature large-screen TVs with multi ports. Executive conference rooms and the training room has a Barco wireless connection to the projectors, TVs, and microphones for audience collaboration.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Members receive complimentary use of a personal storage box, address posting, use of the filing/mailing office and equipment, discounts on all bookings, and credits accrued for reoccurring purchases. Is it free to park? How about for guests?
Parking is free and plentiful for workers and guests.
How fast is the internet?
DemiSar offers a blazing 1GB wifi, with total coverage of our 10,000 sqft space. Private WiFi hosting is available per request.
How are the credits issued and how much is each credit worth
Credits are managed in our software, tied to your user account. One credit is equal to one hour applicable to our standard conference rooms, offices, and cubes.
How do I reserve the Training Room?
The Training Room reservations require a 24-hour notice, a 2-hour minimum, a $250 refundable deposit, and weekend events require a $75 cleaning fee. You can make a reservation request through our site, but due to the equipment in the room and the need for a demonstration of how to set up, we require 24-hour notice and approval. Once all is confirmed, we will send you an invoice to pay online.
Why is the deposit so high for the Training Room?
The $250 refundable deposit is priced as it is because of the cost of the high-tech equipment in the room. We require coverage in case damages occur during a reservation. Provided no damages occur during your reservation, the full deposit amount will be refunded in 1-3 days post review.
*Long-term reservations of the Training Room may require a larger deposit.
Why is there a cleaning fee for the Training Room?
We want all our customers to feel safe when they come to our workspace. To ensure we can offer our space to all customers throughout the day as a 24/7 workspace amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are required to clean between customers occupying our space. We follow the CDC guidelines of cleaning, following the COVID-19 protocols.
